Bad interference on 2 televisions over a long period

We have had bad interference on both of our televisions over several weeks, I pay for multi room. I contacted sky more than two weeks ago for help and was told my televisions were probably too old for what is going on with new technology. I was persuaded that the best course of action was to purchase  2 new T.Vs from sky,  cutting costs as well as having fantastic pictures. Any error messages on the screen such as problem with the satellite signal?

So you agreed to move from Sky Q  to Sky Glass and ordered 2 Sky Glass TVs?

What have Sky said about the delivery delays?

They charged you £20 for 2 TVs?

What kind of interference? What TVs do you have today?

The interference was jagged lines breaking up the picture sometimes top and bottom of the screen. Then screen goes on to freeze completely sometimes for over an hour. The screen sometimes went blue suggesting the Q box wasn't working. Despite rebooting or checking the Q boxes which were functioning, made no difference. This has been happening for several weeks. Extremely frustrating. Catherine Neill

What type of TVs do you have?

Have you tried replacing the HDMI cables?

It happening on both suggests a problem with the main Q box or satellite dish though.

Or challenging wifi signal to the Q if it's on a mini.

@My+Sky+Q

Selling two Sky Glass television sets in order to resolve a Sky Q fault is somewhat dubious.  It's up to you whether to accept this, and I strongly suggest you review the cost of the hardware over the years of purchase loan repayment, and whether the channel lineup and other functionality is actually suitable for your needs.

The Glass televisions entirely replace the current Sky Q setup (which has to be returned) and two of the smaller models will be somewhere between £500 and £1000.
