BT wifi

I've seen numerous posts about issues connecting a Sky Q box to WiFi- especially with BT internet. I have done every single suggestion but to no avail. I  labouriosly type in my WiFi password and get connected for about 2 minutes and then it disconnects. I'm fed up with it. I have just had my TV wall mounted and cables chased into the wall but didn't think I'd need to hard wire for internet connection. It is so frustrating. Is there any fix available?
