BT Sports No HD on 2,3,or 4 . Sky will not fix unless I re-contract full TV Package

Im having an issue on my Sky Q box where TNT Sports 2, 3 & 4 will not show in HD. 

These channels are now further down in the 800 channels and says I need to subscribe.

When I press the red button I get error code mysky_1802, as I am already subscribed. 

I spent over 1 hour and 20 ,mins onto sky, spoke to 6 agents (a mixture of technical and loyalty team) to get this fixed. We have tried all avenues with the tech team, they recommend to remove the pack and add it straight back on, however, the loyalty team will not do this without re contracting my full tv pack for 12 months, which I do not want to do.

Eventually i was cut off the call. 

Is there anyone from Sky that can help on this? It seems crazy to me that a customer is penalised if, a product they are paying for isnt working, that they do not want to rectify unless they can sell a brand new contract.

You'll have to call them on Monday as I don't believe they operate over the weekend.

Yah I was onto them this evening for 80 minutes, past around 8 times. They wont fix the problem unless I re contract my full tv for 12 months, which Im sure isnt even legal

That outrageous if you have a contract with the HD pack why can't they just fix the problem  You present contract gives you TNT sport in HD that's what you should. If they are saying you got to subscribe for another 12 months to fix the problem, they are in breach of contract and you should tell them this and you what to take the matter further. Ask to speak to a manager. If that was me I would make clear by refusing to fix the problem they are in breach of contract and if it's not fixed I would thretn legal action. I m sure they don't want that.

Personally I would use any ombudsman service or other mediation option first.  Legal 'action' is a last resort.

Truer but telling they are a breach of contract and yes you are to contact the onwardsman  should do something. Sky do not want that becouse if onward man gets involved and as it look they are in the wrong, it mind end up sky paying out and I don't think I would risk that

After that Sky / Sky Ireland have up to 8 weeks to resolve it or issue a deadlock letter. That will be the opportunity to potentially take it further.

In the.mean time if you have discovery+ you can TNTsports programming of all there channels in HD on that app

The sports pack on Discovery+ is not available in ROI
