BLACK BOX ON TV GUIDE ON SCREEN

I went on to catch up and then back to tv guide and now I have a black box showing over menu? I can still use menu but I have turned sky q off and on again with remote and it won't go. It was fine till I did this

Hi @Debra1234 Try rebooting your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on to reboot?

I have the same can't get rid of it

Hiya, wot have you done about it.  I've turned my tv etc off but still there so ? Wot do you do next

Hi @Vickis70 Have you tried the suggestion of rebooting your SKYQ box?
