BBC1 pixelated

I've got sky Q and bbc1 has just started pixelating, we have the HD package so I don't understand why this is happening can anyone help with this please

Update - Spoke to @Willow145 after checking the dish cables, the issue was resolved 🙂

Everything is working fine after a chat with the sky team, loose cables pushed back in and problem sorted thanks to the sky team
