Why randomly do I get other regions of the bbc local news on 101 , I live in Yorkshire and have had no changes to by skyq box.

it seems to be an issue during breakfast randomly and late at night , is this a fault with sky transmitting the wrong local news to the wrong postcode area's

@Jimmyfer Sky don't Transmit any channel's other than their own, the issue will be with the BBC local channel itself, not Sky.

If during local opt in's you getting different region its down to the BBC themselves.
