BBC Scotland HD not working

BBC Scotland HD (115 in Scotland) does not work. 

 

" This channel is currently affected by a problem with your satellite signal" 

 

Every other channel works no problem and BBC Scotland SD works on 844, just can't get it in HD. Any suggestions?

@GH85  Can you work through these steps at the end if not resolved it should give an option to book an engineer.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
