BBC I player has always functioned well on this sky Q box.
Recently it will not load.
I have carried out all resets and on / off unplugging etc. The main reset was supposed to work within 24 hours. I let it run 26 hours but that has not worked.

I've had a long running issue in that the pre-programme trailers are announced and then skipped over when I select any programme.
I'd usually skip over the trailers anyway - but they no longer play.
