The next available engineer one presumes. The recent storm has created rather a backlog...

Re: Awaiting Qbox install 25th February unacceptable
If you have everything in place from a previous Sky Q installation (dish, cables etc.), and you feel comfortable doing so when it arrives, you can ask if Sky will send you the hardware for self install.
Asking very nicely helps, but if they do agree to send it out and you have issues which require an engineer, you will probably be waiting even longer.
Obviously not an option if this is a first time install.

Re: Awaiting Qbox install 25th February unacceptable
My son signed up for Sky Q and Sky fttp on 23 November and the Sky Q was installed on 23 December so there was a month delay even before the recent storms. It has become the norm.

Sky have cut a lot of Q installer jobs in the past year:
So there aren't the same numbers of engineers capable of installing Sky Q as there were a few years ago.
You may get a quicker installation if you pay a local independent satellite engineer.

The above might be correct for a repair but for a new installations the Sky engineer brings the Sky Q box, remotes, mini boxes and if necessary a dish when they come to install it.
