Apple Tv won’t connect

We tried the secret menu and that didn't work either 😞. Hopefully it us an Apple issue and will sort itself out soon .

I have unplugged tv unplugged router but Apple TV app still saying no internet connection. Every other app working on tv never had this before

Not working here either. Rebooted router, rebooted sky q box too.

Just turned Q box on, no issues with the Apple TV app here, which will make it very difficult for Sky to diagnose as it clearly isn't a consistent issue.

Will flag it to them, but I suspect it will start working again long before they diagnose an issue that seems random.

Same here! Not working on main box but is working on mini- box

I've done the power cycle, app update, checked that main and mini box are on same software version, powered off my WiFi router and am left with the main box launching Apple TV fine, the sky Q mini however is showing the cannot connect fault on Apple. HAYU does work, as does Netflix and Prime. Baffled!

Tried everything too, still not working on main box but accessible on mini box.

Apple status page is stating all good, but having had Sky say this before too, it's not always believable.

I have the same issue and I have been on to Sky who have not been very helpful apart from the standard re-set options, they have suggested sending an engineer out although I'm unsure what that will achieve and I'll have to wait until 24-Dec. 

I have also spoken with Apple and they have no technical faults at the moment, the menu hack did not work either. 

seems like this is effecting a lot of people at the moment.
