Apps

Can someone help me please recently new to sky since having the box none of my apps on it will work it keeps telling me to upgrade my package, I have sky cinema and others bit unable to use them

Is this to do with the apps on your Sky Q box ?

Yes. Using sky itself to if I'm trying to watch a film on sky cinema it is telling me to phone and upgrade

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
