Apps not appearing on Sky Q

Hi. Apps on my Sky Q are not appearing  I have tried everything on Sky Forum. Bt it won't work .can someone help.thanks

Nothing seems to Work. I have tried everything  .software update and wat not .res started. It doesn't work.

Did you refresh the Apps in the hidden menu @Mohsin85 ?

Yes I did. I tried everything as requested  still it's only showing peacock.i used to have all the apps bt since I came from holidays. Dey seem to disappear

The Apps can take up to 24 hrs to refresh .

Hi its been 48 hours after re fleshing apps and still not working.i rang Sky customer support and they have advised me to do a hard Re set of sky Q box .if it still doesn't work then sky Q box have to b changed. Has anyone did a hard re set and Apps came back to the TV screen?

Hi today sky Sent a new Sky Q box and engineer came to change it .but still no Apps on my sky Q scree..its really annoying I tried to refresh apps bt still not working. Only bloody peacock appears on Apps screen.dont understand wats the real issue here.

Have heard of this but not sure how it got fixed, and it persisting through a nee box suggests an account configuration problem. I've escalated this. Look out for a blue chat bubble.
