I believe they are ordered in most used order.  You cannot manually change the order.

Re: Apps in wrong order since update

Unfortunately not. I've tried using my favourites repeatedly it changes nothing. Sky need to alter this as it's annoying to skip past YouTube itvx etc and other pointless stuff to get to the apps I use regularly.

probably a sponsored problem

Fair comment @steve+tyree try using voice control for your apps you use regularly press the mic button and say "Paramountplus" it's a lot quicker if you are finding apps aren't in order that you want.

Re: Apps in wrong order since update

I get the workaround but I'd like the issue resolved

Not sure it's an issue the apps move from left to right so if you open Netflix then Paramount Netflix should be the second app in line

Using voice control is not a workaround it's there by design.

Re: Apps in wrong order since update

The settings state in order of use, that's not what's happening. The solution is simple enough- voice control doesn't integrate with the apps so that too is a faff.

The order of use is normally the HDMI port the Sky Q box is connected to

Not seen a Sky Q remote with the dedicated Netflix, Prime, Disney+,

Paramount+ buttons yet

So what integration are you wanting with voice control

The solution is simple try using a different remote the one that came with your tv.

I use the LG Magic Remote it operates the Sky Q box I can also control the apps on the Sky Q box with voice control using the LG Magic Remote (play pause rewind fastfoward)

Re: Apps in wrong order since update

I think you've misunderstood the OP. In the sky Q apps menu apps are presented in an order that does not match my frequency of usage. This is the problem

I'm afraid you may not be happy with this, but Sky are VERY unlikely to make any changes after all this time.

I don't access the apps from the Sky Q apps menu I use voice control to open the app I use most Netflix is also in the Catch Up section so I can also watch my programmes what are in the continue watching without the need to go to the apps menu to select Netflix.

It's only a problem if you allow the Sky Q box to dictate how you access your frequently watched apps the workarounds are not to your liking as you find it a faff

Not really sure why you need to go to the apps menu but each too their own I guess.

Re: Apps in wrong order since update

I agree with you on this. Pain that featured apps not in order i want. Not sure why everyone querying how you do it. Really shouldnt be difficult to organise apps into the order each user wants
