Apps have disappeared

All my apps have disappeared from my home screen apart from alibi. however i still cant access this now. I was watching alibi today with no issues.  Now this, and all the other apps & channels keep saying i need to upgrade to watch these channels.  I dont understand as i pay direct debit....and i hsvent changed the subscription or packsges.  So why can't i assess my channels?

@Karon  Sky Go where you have posted is a PC/Mobile app and does not support apps within itself.

 

What TV box are you referring to Sky Q or Sky Stream?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Its related to the outage issues. I have the same issue on some of my boxes. Only Sky and U/Alibi are visible. I'm just waiting to see if it sorts itself. There is a master thread with all the issues on there.

That is correct there is and that is in the Sky Q forum on here, this topic had been posted in the Sky Go one hence the question by @GD1 .

@Karon if you have Sky Q you could try refreshing the apps in the engineers menu

To enter the engineers menu do the follow
press the home button then scroll down to setting and hi-light
do not press select/enter but press 001 then select this takes you into the engineers menu

scroll down to apps > refresh
