Whenever we're watching a series or movie on Disney+ paramount or prime the app cuts out and then you have to return to the Home Screen and start again. Anyone else having this problem? It's spoiling the movie experience.

You could try this.
Scroll down to 'Settings' but DO NOT select it. Instead press 001. This brings up a hidden menu. Select 'Refresh Apps'. This will take a few minutes but may sort it for you,, I hope so.

I try 001 before select setting. Nothing come up. I have same problem with Disney plus always cut off but nothing other app do. Got sky Q box

Yeah I have the same issue, noticed it during Prime and now Paramount Plus. Will do the reset of the apps shortly.

I've have the same problem on all the apps I have, BBC, ITV, Netflix and Disney. Sky customer services talked me through the 001 reset and it fixed it for about a week, now it's as bad as ever.

Try doing the box restart and then also another refresh apps again, as described on part three of this Sky help article;
