Apple TV trial has disappeared

I signed up to the six month Apple+ TV trial, and it worked fine for the very first program I watched on it (Hijack), but when I went watch it the next day the Apple TV app said I had to start a 7 day free trial.

 

It appears my six month trial is not recognised has anyone else had this issue?

A chat started but then the advisor disappeared after going through all the security checks, so that was a waste of time. Is there any other way of actually discussing this with someone?

@Mark+Tevo the chat that was started is not a live chat so it can take the advisor some time to reply to you. Did you click on the link that was supplied which explains how the escalation works.

I'm just after encountering this very same issue, is there a way to have this resolved at all?

I'm A SKY Platinum VIP member of 9 years.
I recently got the Apple TV+ 6 month Trial through the rewards app. I activated the trial through Apple and it automatically updated on SKY. telling me I had the trial till June.

I opened Apple TV+ on SKY this evening to watch Slow Horses and my trial was gone and it was prompting me to get the 7 day trial. - how do I get the rest of my 6 month trial re-instated?

Can you point me to someone who can?
the SKY Virtual Assistant cannot help me with this and is very frustrating. I went tothe SKY Facebook messager to have a Live Chat but they are offline and sent me to that SKY Virtual Assistant... which was of no use.
