I have redeemed my 6 month offer for Apple TV, however, on my sky q box its not registering the fact it has been redeemed and is only showing me the option to purchase/subscribe.
When I try to redeem the offer again, it shows that I am unable to, yet I've never had any email confirmations and this doesn't show on any of my accounts - sky or apple.
If someone could please help as we would like to make use of it and we've already lost about a month of the offer as it is. I also don't want to start getting charged for it after 6 months without knowing how to cancel it.
