Non of our Apps (Netflix, Apple etc) are loading and message shows Unable to load try back later. Have done this and still no response and my last attempt has made the tv screen black, it isn't off just black. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Problem resolved. Switched off all device power sources and now all working! Thanks for responding. Hope you're having a good day ☺️
