Hello I'm thinking of getting history hit but can't see any app on sky Q for it so anywhere so how can I  download it so I can watch on my Tv.

You cannot watch History Hit via Sky Q. 

The app is available to download for various other streaming devices and smart TV's listed here:

As above, Sky predetermine which apps are available - you cannot download your own.
