Practically every evening between 19.00 and 20.40 our Sky Q box loses connection to our Sky WiFi. The WiFi speed was dropping below 50mps so I rang Sky and they said it was due to the problem with the speeds. An engineer came today and replaced some of the copper wiring putting the speed up to 60+mps but again the connection has dropped out 3 times at least since 19.00! The app shows that there is no problem with WiFi so is it likely to be our Sky Q box? Anyone else had the same issue?
