Any point in sky community?
What is actual point in this community, when there are no definitive answers? Just the deafening silence of Sky personnel; (removed)

Re: Any point in sky community?
As @caesarome said this is primarily for Sky customers where we all try and help each other out, and do so with great effect. I have used it for years and been helped out on numerous occasions nearly always in a kind friendly way. Yes some Sky employees are also on here and help out when they can, but it's mainly all of us customers trying to help each other out. So as suggested let us know your issue and we will see what we can do.

Re: Any point in sky community?
We're providing an unpaid service to largely help out fellow customers who may lack some technical knowledge about how Sky's products function. It's a heck of a lot quicker than trying to phone up Sky and asking basic questions (which often their customer service reps can't answer.)
I do it out of the kindness of my heart, for a bit of banter every now and again, and not because I'm a Sky fanboy. It gives me a fun distraction from my day job which I do at the same time.
