I've received a text saying that your sending me a pre paid box so that I can return my sky multi room box as I no longer have multi room, but I returned the box on 01/08/2024 using the pre paid postage stickers you supplied me

In case you aren’t aware you’re not automatically contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on the forum. We are customers trying to help other customers.
Hopefully you kept your proof of posting. If Sky chase you for the return post again on this thread. Returns are currently taking 2+ weeks to be processed by Unipart at their warehouse.
