All the apps are reporting errors

Hi.all my tv apps netflix paramount are reporting errors. My internet is fine at 989Mbps I can stream play call of duty watch youtube on my phone PC and ps5. Ive restarted the Q box rebooted the router reinstalled the apps on the sky Q But still it has issues

Yes I had tried all that. Its also saying now that i need a UHD tv to watch content!!! Despite my watching perfectly ok on same tv and hour earlier.

 

Ive now done a full factory reset and its still having the same error!
