Awaiting engineer but 29 Feb is first date ... any suggestions?
I have rebooted all devices, re connected them one by one but no joy
all boxes show connected to router and connected to network
pressing home button on sky q boxes shows "no satellite"

Although we should point out that if, due to the lack of signal, the box missed it its 'Keep Alive' signal all functions, including recordings, won't be available until signal is restored.

Yes, though I thought it was a timer rather than schedule which would stop it?

I think they are just periodic signals and I think people can be unlucky if the authorisation signal was due shortly after the loss of signal
