All channels on the same frequency 11671H are pixelated / unwatchable. Premier sports 1, CNN etc.
How do i fix this? it is currently raining, but its mild (i live in scotland so a rain shower shoudlnt be the sole reason of this)

CNN is on one of the weakest transponders in the UK & Ireland as it is a european wide beam so will be one of the first to pixellate.
Please see the following page that covers a few problems - if you follow the link through and still have problems then you should find a link to book an engineer if you have your own dish

If you have a communal system you may have to contact your building management to deal with the technicians responsible for the system

@Paul+Lussier
A misalignment is not necessarily something that will be visible to the naked eye and could only affect one or two channels (amongst the first to be affected may also include TNT or GB News),

Re: All channels on same frequency are scrambled
Check that the connections from the Sky dish going into the back of your Sky Q box are still finger tight. Otherwise it’s very likely either;
▫️a dish misalignment,
▫️a failing LNB (on the arm of the dish),
▫️water getting into the cabling,
▫️very heavy rain
so check the troubleshooting on the link provided by @nigea99
