Hi 

my WiFi is working even though it says on screen we have a issue all the lights are on the q box and broadband 

everything on sky tv is working apart from Apps 

we have tried resetting WiFi turning WiFi on and off also Tv on and off this issue started last night and it's still doing it now 

can anyone help 🤔

@sidecheap  Your post has been moved from the Sky Go board to the correct board for Sky Q as your issue has nothing to do with the Sky Go app for PC & Mobiles
