If a digital terrestrial aerial cable used to loop through a Sky+ (HD) box, that's no longer possible because a Q box doesn't have those connectors. You would probably find the cable ends loose behind the Q box, and these simply need joining together.
If you are referring to Freesat reception, that's different and cannot work with a standard Q LNB on the satellite dish.
'Magic Eye' sending to other rooms over coaxial cable isn't a function of Sky Q either.
