Adding Netflix

You have added Netflix to my account because I've been a customer for 20 years but you have disabled other family users of downloading films

Could you please add two more users to the account

If you were sharing a previous Netflix account with other family members then you cannot do this if you switch to Netflix billing from Sky. More info is here:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sharing-your-netflix-account

Also, if you previously were paying for Netflix Premium (allowing 4 screens to be used at once in up to 4K), the Netlix Sky have given you is probably Netflix Basic which only allows 1 screen to be used at a time. You'll need to add the HD & UHD packs to your subscription if you want it available on multiple screens within the same household.

@Karlos2222 Hiya with Netflix it depends on what packages you have with Sky, as to how many screens and what resolution you get Netflix in see below

Netflix Basic              Sky Ultimate TV Pack (1 screen)

Netflix Standard     Sky  Ultimate TV Pack and Sky HD pack (2 Screens)

Netflix Premium      Sky Ultimate TV Pack and Sky HD pack plus Sky UHD Pack  (4 Screens)

I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

Hi @Karlos2222

Assume you mean not UHD capable.

All Q boxes are HD capable

@Karlos2222 yes but you need to contact Sky and there will probably be an administration fee for upgrading the box
