Adding Disney +

I subscribed to Disney +on 15th november. When I try to go through activate i get content loading abd nothing happens.

If I try through the disney + app, it does not recognise my email address abd wont go further.

Sky txt this morning ti say I must activate or it will cancel. I have tried repeatedly for 3 days. Help !
