Account Issues

Hi,

I ordered a Sky broadband and Sky TV package when i moved house. The broadband has been set up but the Sky TV has not and we are being charged for both?

 

Ive tried to get in contact with someone but no numbers have got me through to anyone and the help desk links do not give me any information.
