3 mini boxes stopped working at the same time

Our main Sky box is working fine but our 3 miniboxes have stopped working today. They were all working fine yesterday. I can see the menus but doesn't matter what channel we are on, we get a blue screen which flashes black every few seconds but no picture. Apps are also working - Netflix, Iplayer, Disney Plus. All boxes have been reset, signals are fine. Any advice?

@Haremossview  Have you done th steps as per this:

 

Power off all minis & main box, then reboot main box, allow to fully reboot and do the same with each mini?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

We had reset the mini boxes lots but didn't think to do the main box as it's working. That was so stupid, don't know why I didn't think to do that. Thanks so much
