Morning Sky world - I posted a few days ago about the offer Sky sent me, and that Apple will not activate the offer. I had a couple of helpful replies but they didn't work. Today is the 4th July and the offer expires on 7th.
SKY: please can you re-send the offer, but with a different 'reference' number (or whatever it is that identifies the specific offer to Apple)? The offer is valid, but will not work - please can you help with this?
