2nd device not working

Someone call me please. I'm getting no where. 
simply upgraded/got an updated Contract.  Now 2nd device doesn't work. Now my Alexa doesn't work either

Sky won't call you. They don't know your details from a forum post. But you can call them. Or if you explain in a bit more detail about the difficulties you're having, the Community may be able to help?
