After getting a 2nd Sky Q box then 24 hrs later and everything is still the same. The apps are still missing and I have to upgrade my subscription to view the likes of Netflix and such like apps. I've followed all suggestions on other conversions which haven't work. I'm beginning to think it's not the boxes at fault. Can this be escalated please, to someone who can help me!

@Tinman76 you could try refreshing the apps in the engineers menu
To enter the engineers menu do the follow
press the home button then scroll down to setting and hi-light
do not press select/enter but press 001 then select this takes you into the engineers menu
scroll down to apps > refresh
if you have done that can you cofirm what software/firmware version you are on

@Laing1 I've already done the refreshing, the power down and all other suggestions from other conversations and still nothing after 24hrs. I'm lost with this one!
