Can't connect to sky protect app just keep getting error message unable to connect try again later phones all upto date tried everything apart from ring them in the morning as it's shut till 8am

Could not log in on any of my devices I have the app.
But just been able to and all is fine now.
All the sensors were offline.
So had to wake them all up, by opening and closing doors and wiping the leak ones.
The doorbell and indoor camera were fine and the indoor camera and its hub bridge were both showing a good blue.
