Poor Experience

Good morning

 

At 11:19am today - 24th September - I received a call from someone puproting to be from Sky. They proceeded to ask for my details and when challenged confirmed that they were in fact from Domestic & General and when mentioning that I am not looking to speak about my Sky account with anyone external to Sky the chap (Charlie I believe) hung up.

 

Incredibly poor

 

Assuming that someone from Sky genuinely monitors this ....do better!
