I can't open a new chat after an older one was ended.

Try rebooting your device then giving it another go. If this doesn't work then it might be you will have to wait a little while after the previous one was ended,

Firstly remove the power from the indoor camera and leave off for  ten minutes.

In the app, follow the troubleshooting listed under the ? or  support, it takes you through s9me th8ngs to try.

if that does not help, there is an email address listed in that help area showing contact us on the app.

Email the team, describing as you have mentioned above.

They will go through some of the basics you have tried.

Expect, they will be able to send out a new indoor camera if it looks like a firmware update may not have been taken well or similar on your camera.
