Indoor camera not connecting to the internet

I have Sky Glass with 2 multiroom boxes

i have connected the video doorbell successfully to my Sky wifi hub

The camera will not connect to the wifi, even when I am right next to the wifi hub. 
I have followed all instructions carefully. I was surprised to be asked to manually type in my wifi name and password, and when the QR code appears, the camera will not read it

Welcome to the Community Forum 🙂

In the Sky Protect app there is a dedicated live help chat which can help diagnose the issue. You can find it by using the support button at the bottom of the "Help & Support" section within the app and then using the "Send us a message".

 

I hope it will get resolved soon!
