Firmware update

Update to firmware taking forever how long does it take

Firmware updating on what?

Doorbell or indoor camera.

 

Just let it update, or if it' seems stuck after sometime, say half hour, turn the switch,off on the rear of the doorbell.

Leave off for ten minutes and will start again.

For the indoor camera, pull the power out of the indoor camera and leave for a few mins then put power back in.

I had issues with the chime update - but restarted the chime and tried again. It worked the 2nd time.

@Jack631The only firmware that did take longer than normal was the chime firmware. I had to disconnect the chime and let it time out to try again. The  video doorbell and the indoor camera had a shorter time span for the update.

 

The firmware on the chime did take on the second time of asking after I went to the home screen of the app and wait for it to complete the firmware update.
