I seem to be having a problem with playback on my mobile from my video doorbell. My partner has recently got a new phone and signed in to the sky account which is my name and has no issues but I can't see any playback videos. Everything else works fine apart from the playback. Everything is connected and I've uninstall ed and reinstalled the app several times to no avail.
