We've connected our doorbell and chime today - it tells us the chime is connected and the right colour lights are showing but not a single sound comes out of the chime inside the house.
We've checked the app and as far as we can see the volume is on and up? The firmware is up to date.
Any ideas? A little hesitant to unplug it because pairing it took HOURS of faffing.
