replacement phone blocking

I am complaining about Sky Protect (administered by Likewize) regarding an unresolved insurance claim for my lost phone.

 

I lost my phone on 24 September 2025 and reported it to Sky Mobile. They confirmed in writing that they cannot block my device or process a replacement because it was a replacement phone issued through Sky Protect insurance, not the original one purchased from Sky.

@Rahul15  @You'll need to raise it with the insurers as the community can't provide any advise based on insurance policies.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

26 times i called on sky protect customer care and sky mobile they clearly denied and blaming to each other what i can do ?

must not get insurance with them 

they rejected ny claim too
