Smart doorbell chime

My doorbell is set up, charged and camera is working fine. After a week,  the chime is not making a noise when doorbell is pressed? Anyone had this? Everything in the app seems to be green and OK.

@Gareth2  Have you tried to up the volume within the app to see if your chime is working.

When this happens, I find it usually fixes it if you click the "Reboot Device" button in the app
