Sky protect recordings

Hi, 

 

I just wondered if it is possible to view a recording from about 6 weeks ago. My phone has events stored from the past 30 days and I didn't realise until today that I have (or maybe had) a recording from my doorbell which would be very useful in a police matter. Any chance of retrieving it?

Thirty days is the limit it stays on the server for you to review.

All I would suggest is using the Sky protect email address under the support section in the Sky Protect app and asking Sky if they can possibly help in some way.
