I have recently got the sky protect tech , managed to get it on my hubby's phone but not on mine or my tablet , the live feed on the doorbell gives sound but no picture on the tablet but nothing on my phone, I just get ACCESS DENIED each time I try and open the app My phone is samsung galaxy S23 ultra and samsumg tablet my hubby's phone is Samsung S20 FE which is the one that works , o and it works on my I PaD HELP XXXXX
