Sky doorbell

Does anyone know how to get an audible notification on their phone from sky doorbell. I get a pop up but no sound

@Doorbell2 I would epect the way to do it may be different on different phones I have a google pixel 10 pro XL and have done it on mine but it isn't obvious how to do it on the google phone
