Sky doorbell

Im thinking of getting the Sky ring doorbell. But my concern is that it looks so easy to just lift off of the door plate its attached to. I live on a really busy street with many people walking within a few feet of my door. 

Are there any devices you can put over it to make it more secure?

And, Ive tried to find info on insurance. Does anyone know if Sky offer insurance for their doorbells?

Not sure it's that common that doorbells are taken from doors.

But,

the doorbell will make a special cloud recording, when the doorbell is tampered with, so quite a deterrent.

Plus, the doorbell will be tied to the Sky account, so cannot be used elsewhere and a Sky account is needed for the major options like cloud recording, so another deterrent

Sky will probably replace the doorbell, if you flag or email the cloud recording from the app to prove it was taken.

For securing it, there are holder type cases similar to what  you desribe for doorbells that you could purchase online.

You would have to check  the mesurements of the doorbell to see if it would fit within some of them.
