Have you taken out insurance via Sky for anything because if you have this is what Sky Protect is.

That amount would suggest Sky Protect Device Insurance rather than Protect Home Insurance.

 

If you've ever had a telephone conversation about 'extended warranty' or 'dish protection' then it will be that.
