Second user can't register

Hi,

 

Decided to go for Sky Protect - insurance is reasonably competetive and I get some tech to play with!

 

Set up my account ok (a sky.com email address) - that works fine. Tried adding my wife (also a sky.com email address). She gets the invite and her account works normally on the website but she cant sign into the app with the same details.

 

Just wondering if anyone else had seen this or if it's a call to Sky...

@DylanGreen did you add your wife through the Sky protect app ?

Hi,

 

Yes - she got the invite email from Sky Protect. So the registration itself works - just that it wont allow her to log in! If she goes to sky.com her account works there...!

@DylanGreen just tried this with my wife she received the invite, set up a sky id, downloaded the app but when trying to log in with her sky id it wouldn't let her but she tried using the e-mail address she registered with the sky id and her sky id password and it allowed her to log in
