Nothing working and support not phoning back as promised

Recharged doorbell as usual now although it is not recording, there is no sound for recording (chime sounds will not turn on!!)

active zone will not set. Indoor camera emwill not reconnect, cannot delete and re install and the reboot states - unavailable.

phoned support told I was being put through to engineer- didn't happen so man says will phone you back.... still waiting and now I am just a skeleton in the corner holding a phone waiting!!!

Please heeeeeeeelp this is appalling service.

fixed the damned system myself ....

now up and working - until next time of course.

how rude of SKY staff saying they will phone back and then not bother, that's twice now in 2 months.
